What is HART (Healthy Alternatives to Residential Treatment)?
The HART Home Program provides short-term crisis stabilization (3-5 days) to area youth in need of a structured, therapeutic, home environment.
Parents needed!
Parents are needed to help children and adolescents (ages 3-17) diagnosed with a developmental disability who are experiencing a crisis that puts them at-risk of hospitalization.
HART Home parents work with the REACH team, family members, other caregivers and natural community resources during the youth’s placement.
