NRVCS Link is available to download in the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can also join via browser on any computer. To get the most out of this new platform, please discuss using NRVCS Link with your provider. Click one of the links below to get started!
With this new platform, you’ll be able to…
- Set up text and/or phone reminders – these will replace our current reminder system.
- View all your upcoming appointments.
- Join your video appointments within the platform.
FAQ:
You will receive a registration email with your next appointment reminder. In order to register for NRVCS Link, you must wait for this email to arrive as it is the only way you can set up your account.
- You will receive an email notification when an appointment is created.
- You will receive notifications 1 week, 24 hours, and 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You can enable additional notifications if you prefer.
You will first need to log into NRVCS Link on your mobile device or web browser. Once logged in, you will find your upcoming appointments in the “Appointments” tab. If it is within 10 minutes before your appointment start time, you may click the “Join Video Session” button. This will automatically launch the Zoom app and connect you to the appointment.
No – your phone number will not be added automatically into this new system. When you first log in to the portal, you will need to enter your phone number when prompted.
