Tips for a successful telehealth appointment
Find a quiet and private location, such as a bedroom or living room with no one else around
Keep distractions at a minimum, and maintain communication with your therapist during a session
Use headphones or earbuds if possible, and try to eliminate background noise
Make sure your device is charged and ready for use
If you live with others, ask that they refrain from using the Wi-Fi during your session so that your connection is not slowed down
Try have a solid wall behind you, and avoid being situated with a window behind you
