Best Practices for New Users
Follow these helpful tips and best practices to ensure you have a smooth experience while using NRVCS Link.
Important: Prior to using the NRVCS Link app, you must coordinate with your provider and/or Patient Access staff to initiate use of this platform.
Confirm Your Appointment
To let your provider know that you’ll be attending your appointment, simply confirm it through the appointment reminder emails sent to you 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled time. If, for any reason, you’re unable to make it, use the cancellation link in those emails to cancel your appointment.
The 24-Hour Rule
If this is your first time using our platform, we recommend that you get setup at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will give you enough time to familiarize yourself with the platform and address any setup-related questions you might have.
Early Setup + Early Login = Easy Call
We highly encourage you to log in to your account at least 1 hour before your appointment. This will ensure that you have ample time to set up everything you need and reach out to our support team if any assistance is required.
Login = Email Address + Password
Your login credentials consist of the email address where your provider sent your appointment details and the password you created during the setup process. For a secure account, we recommend using a complex yet memorable password. If you’re having trouble coming up with one, you can try using an online password generator.
Forget It and Reset It!
Don’t worry if you need help remembering your account password. You can easily reset it by clicking on the password reset option on the login screen. We’ve got you covered!
